The answer is yes, of course.
Im not trying to be biased here, because you know, Cage the Elephant is my favorite band, but this new song is just something else.
The intro and elements from the beat are reminiscent to Melophobia and there’s just something in there that takes me back to To Late To Say Goodbye from their last album, but the lyrics and yes, dare I say the aesthetic of the album and the music video give off a feeling of rebirth.
This is a new chapter for Cage the Elephant and honestly I’m more excited than ever to see what the rest of Social Cues will have in store for us.
