Last month Twin Peaks announced their "Sweet '17 Singles Series" – a series of songs recorded in Chicago that will be released at the beginning of each month throughout the rest of the year!
In July two songs were released: Under The Pines and Tossing Tears!
Under the Pines is a semi-upbeat tune that almost sounds like a rock song from the '80s. This is due to the way the main vocals pair with the backing vocals and guitar and sax.
In Tossing Tears, my personal favorite, the Twin Peak dudes' are accompanied by a violin, piano, and choir also giving the song a classic rock vibe!
